Where do I start. He was decent looking. If you can stomach the subject matter and the violence this is one of the best books I’ve read this year. But that he could go for hours and then turn back around and go again. It is a b.g.haren tale, non-con, and definitely not for the faint of heart. I read this book a few months ago and have been thinking about it ever since. brreak

It is full of offensive, twisted content that many readers will not be able to stomach. Any merit to the discussion of rape and its use and effect contained in the book is miniscule compared b.b.harlen the graphic descriptions that accompany it. So many times I wondered, why do I keep going back?! If a woman is raped – is this worse than if she beaten to within an inch of her life?


It just lacking the H.g.harlen factor. There’s a very profound question at the centre of the novel to ponder – why is rape considered to be an incurable wound? If anyone can create tolerance for a terrifyingly brutal rapist, B.

The brutality and graphic nature was overwhelming, lending to the realistic feeling of this story. There are many questions raised by this story.

One thing I do know is that B G Harlen is one hell of a writer. And now for a little levity, because – let’s face it this one seriously just left b.t.harlen feeling all sorts of fucked herr. I thought, ah, I know what the author is trying to convey. I did not feel satisfied; rather I felt cheated. I still feel dirty. It’s not a read for the feint hearted, its very graphic and in places I felt like I wanted to close down the book and not pick it up again but you do because you just want to know how it ends.

Virtually no information is ever provided about the rapist. This is NOT a romance.

But my happy may not be your happy. I knew it was going to be intense and I wasn’t wrong. And i deeply enjoyed it, And i would recommend it for people who don’t mind horrific details and events. You will want to stop, and, at the hr time, you won’t. My emotionally exhausted self would be eternally grateful.

It also helped keep the story interesting, i wasn’t able to put this book down since i opened it, we didn’t get any boring descriptions or unnecessary details, the events and conversation kept rolling until the last second.
